Event Fees


$3000 – up to 80 guests*
– Includes use of our open-air chapel, bridal suite, our decoration pavilion access to the farm the day before for decorating and rehearsal and the day of the wedding.

-We assist with decorating and set up.

$500 – elopement up to 20 guests
– Includes use of our open-air chapel, bridal suite, farm access for 2 hours.  You can serve cake & drinks.    

*Over 80 guests additional table rental required.

Private Parties

Birthdays – Showers – Reunions – Anniversaries – Engagements – Etc.

– $400 for 4 hours 
The hostess is responsible for decoration, food, Drink, and activities.  


Insurance Requirement

We require a day-of liability insurance policy through WedSafe to keep you and your guests safe on your big day. You must have this to get married or have an event at Graham Farms; it is inexpensive and covers you in the event your event needs to be canceled or postponed (for example, a pandemic or natural disaster). We require both the liability policy and the cancellation policy to get married here.
Private parties only require liability insurance. 

Farm Alcohol Policy

Liability insurance must cover alcohol and no underage drinking is permitted.  Licensed bartender required. We recommend A top Shelf Bartender.  Contact them at 407-409-2195 or online at www.atopshelfbartender.com.
